My Favorite Tulips

"Look at us, said the violets blooming at her feet, all last winter we slept in the seeming death but at the right time God awakened us, and here we are to comfort you."

These are my favorite tulips.  I brought them home from Holland when we were there on a soccer trip. They are so different from anything else I have seen.  Thank heavens they survived the wrath of Cali!
