Just Pictures

I have so many pictures and it is so hard to choose which ones to put in the blog.  These are just some cute ones I took when the weather was nice.

I'm Hungry

"Easter is the demonstration of God that life is essentially spiritual and timeless."

Cali is always ready for lunch when we get home from getting Chloe at Pre-school.  She needs to get out of the van by herself, and walk up the steps by herself.  When we get to the door, Chloe is always on the inside holding it shut.  So, every day we pretend not to know what is wrong with the door.  Chloe giggles when we finally push the door open and says "It was me!"  I wonder when she is going to figure out  we know that already.

Let's Play Ring- Around- The Rosy!

"Easter spells out beauty, the rare beauty of new life."

She wanted to sing and dance, play ring-around-the rosy.  He had other ideas.  It was so cute.

Tomorrow is Camryn Day

"Among the things you can give and still keep are your word, a smile, and a grateful heart."

Tomorrow evening, I get to spend some time with Camryn.  She is such a wild thing!  The louder and rougher  you are with her, the more she enjoys it.

Party Continued

Party on Long Island, NY

"I learned the real meaning of love.  Love is absolute loyalty.  People fade, looks fade, but loyalty never fades.  You can depend so much on certain people, you can set your watch by them.  And that's love, even if it doesn't seem very exciting."

Yesterday we went to Long Island for Jodi's 40th birthday party.  Her birthday isn't until June 28, but Tim wanted to make sure that she was surprised.  That was accomplished by a mile!  It was a long day, but it was worth it!  Love you Jodi.

From Soccer to Ballet

"It takes an athlete to dance, but an artist to be a dancer."

All in the same day!!

Big Sister Helping Little Brother

"How do people make it through life without a sister?"

The only problem is, Little Brother is bigger than Big Sister!

Riding Bikes

"The day the Lord created hope was probably the same day he created Spring."

It was so beautiful on Friday.  As soon as we got Chloe at pre-school, she wanted to start riding bike.  We didn't have lunch yet, but she didn't care.  Riding bike was all she had on her sweet mind.  Cali got a riding toy for Christmas, so she was ready to cut loose also.  They only problem was that her bike didn't go as fast as Sissies bike.  Maybe that battery needs charged a little more!

Peanut Butter

"It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold:  when it is summer in the sunlight and winter in the shade."
The girls love their bunny "Peanutbutter."  He doesn't like to be held very often, but he was calm today for Cali.  She and Chloe love to feed him just like they do my cats.  As the weather gets warmer, they will be feeding him fresh clover and dandelion.

The Invisible Crown

"Always act like you're wearing an invisible crown."

She thinks she's pretty cute!   I can't disagree.

Catchin' Monkeys

"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see."

I asked her if she was catching bugs.  She HATES bugs and replied, "NO, I'm catchin monkeys."

No Hands!

"The world always looks brighter from behind a smile."

Look Mommy, no hands!  Does she look and act like Troy, or what?!

"When Irish eyes are smiling, 'Tis like a morn in spring.  With a lilt of Irish laughter you can hear the angels sing."

More St. Pats

"May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day.  May songbirds serenade you every step along the way.  May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue.  And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through."  Irish Blessing

Happy St. Patricks Day

"May you always have walls for the winds, a roof for the rain, tea beside the fire, laughter to cheer you, those you love near you, and all your heart might desire."  Irish Blessing

Wishing everyone rainbows and pots of gold from me and my favorite leprechauns!

By the way,  Chloe won the leprechaun prize in school today. She was dressed in green from head to toe.  She had a really cute barrette in her hair, made by Aunt Bethany, that was adorable.  If anyone is looking for barettes of any kind, Bethany makes them.

My Favorite Thing To Watch On Monday Night

"May the sun shine, all day long, everything go right, and nothing wrong.  May those you love bring love back to you, and may all the wishes you wish come true!"  Irish Blessing
Who needs television when you have Camryn to play with.  Believe me, she is quite the entertainer.

No Coats Needed!

"May brooks and trees and singing hills join in the chorus too, and every gentle wind that blows, send happiness to you."  Irish Blessings

It was so warm when we got home from McDonalds, so we decided to stay outside and blow bubbles.  We didn't even need coats!  The girls were so giggly and silly.  Too bad that nap time came upon a little too soon.  Cali wasn't much in favor of going inside.  I'm so glad that the windows were shut when we went in.  The neighbors would have thought that I was beating her.  She was so loud, "I don't want a nap,  I want to blow bubbles."   Well, she took a nap.  When she got up, she was ready to blow bubbles again.

Breakfast At McDonalds

"If you're enough lucky to be Irish, you're lucky enough!"  Irish Saying

The girls and I went to McDonalds for breakfast on Thursday.  Chloe has pre-school Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.  On Tuesdays, I go to Virginia, so Thursday is only morning we have open.  They got pancakes, while I got my favorite, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit.  After they finished their pancakes, they were off to the playground.  Both of them had a really good time.

I also love their sweet iced tea.  They are so big and a little top-heavy.  I spilled the whole thing all over the tray and the floor.  Can't yell at the girls the next time they spill!
